Nut is a lighting fixture that can be tipped over and rotated for different effects and amounts of light. It emits light from top and bottom of the disc evenly brightening its surroundings. It comprises of a few parts: housing (milled aluminum disc), light source (led), and post (maple dowel). Off-centered circle within a circle, slight tilt of the housing, and a cord sewn through the post together add an element of play to the design.
